ConceptDraw PROJECT vs. ProProfs Project

Getting started - using the Gantt chart to enter tasks in any order and then using those tasks to initially define a MindMap to further explore alternative dependencies. The alternative works better when initiating a project with significant unknowns.

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

• Integration with ConceptDraw Mindmap makes work breakdown very easy.
• We have cross-functional teams where team members often work on different projects in parallel. The multi project management feature has been a blessing over these years.
• Another import feature is the availability of many different predefined report generation templates that made it very easy to communicate different aspects of the project to different stakeholders.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

Online tutorials always available + chat, email and phone. Questions answered promptly and completely.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

ConceptDraw has a much simpler licensing and pricing model. Perpetual license and ability to use in offline mode was an important criteria for us. Perfect bundle for small and medium business.

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.
