Likelihood to Recommend ConfigureOne is user-friendly, even for people who have never used it before. It is straightforward and flexible to invent a solid CPQ platform and a useful sales and quoting tool. A simple-to-use program with ongoing help affects the user experience. Administrative training is well worth the cost for comprehensive and practical experience. We employ it throughout the entire process, from the quote to the final product. But there are some instances where the configuration process can take a long time to finish.
Read full review DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.
Read full review Pros Allows the creation of an online catalog, where our customers can access from the customer portal and see all the products we have available, as well as their features, design, quantity, price, and more. We can take in an orderly manner the entire process of the product from its creation to the categorization of products. The system has customer and proposal management, where we can access the files without problems or complications. It has a tool for the design of products in 3D, which we love because we do not have to search in other files and programs for plans and designs. Read full review DealHub efficiently tabulates all the pricing into one clean document. DealHub allows us to submit for approvals quickly and efficiently, without having to send an email. I know very easily what my Term and Discount thresholds are, so I can move quickly. DealHub syncs automatically with our Salesforce instance, reducing any duplicative areas that need to be updated. Learning can be difficult due to the high level of customization implemented. Backend compartments only connect from above. Read full review Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little. Read full review Support Rating I personally haven't had to reach out directly to the DealHub team, but they did a great job enabling our director of RevOps, who is basically our one-stop shop for all DealHub related questions. We've never had a question (in my experience) that needed to be raised to the actual DH support team.

It's extremely user-friendly and provides almost limitless customization options. It provides a diverse range of functions that allow users to customize their tools. The support staff is always available and knowledgeable. Because of its excellent service, we chose it over its competitors.
Read full review We had the basic quoting functionality within Salesforce but were quickly outgrowing that as our deals grew in size, structure and complexity. The primary competitor we evaluated against Valooto was SteelBrick and we chose Valooto due to the promised faster implementation, lower cost and it being a more streamlined solution.
