Contactbook vs. Priority Matrix

Contactbook is really simple to use, even for non techies. The people that can collaborate with you just need to log-in and the app starts working. This was really important because we needed an accessible app for anyone involved in the project. Sometimes our clients were just getting started using apps, and the good ui and helpful text from Contactbook helped a lot

If you're overwhelmed with too many things to do, and need help deciding which tasks to focus on, Priority Matrix is for you. Priority Matrix uses the classic Eisenhower matrix methodology which has been shown to be really effective for this purpose. Now you can use an app for that, instead of a piece of paper or Excel.

• Focus on high-impact work
• Reach inbox zero
• Reduce internal email messages

• The free trial is not enough to try all the product, but you can start with a beginner plan
• It would be good to be able to speed up the sync process

Contactbook was easier to use, because Zoho ContactManager apps weren't so easy to use between our team and our clients. We ended up going for Contactbook because our clients asked for alternatives, and we managed all the project with Contactbook. It has been a good experience since the very start. Also the free trial was nice to gather some information about the app.

The focus of Priority Matrix is on prioritization. Other apps exist that do a fine job with task and project management, but none of them equal Priority Matrix in terms of focusing your attention on the right task. The 80/20 principle that people often talk about (80% of the results come from 20% of the inputs) is clearly visible when you use PM.

• Less context switching due to having all the Microsoft integrations
• Having everyone work on the right task without need for frequent sync meetings
• Reaching inbox zero with peace of mind
