Contract Logix vs. ReputationStacker

Suited for legal depts to manage contracts from cradle to grave—security levels assigned to ensure the integrity of data. It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• Review generation for all of our clinics (with a focus on Google reviews)

• Emailing from Contract Logix could be improved, too many clicks.
• Copying of records cannot be done.
• Downloading documents can be improved, drag and drop should be available.
• Capability to store emails.

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

Easy to manage, little downtime in training, able to provide our needs to contract management.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

Contract Logix' customer service is excellent. A definite plus if you are thinking of using Contract Logix.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

Contract Logix is advanced and user-friendly and on the cloud. Easily customizable to your need. Some databases are more.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.
