Overall Satisfaction with ReputationStacker

We operate in a highly competitive market and need to consistently earn Google reviews to stay visible in local search. ReputationStacker automates review generation for us so we don't have to think about it. It reaches out to our clients, collects their feedback on our services, and then sends them to Google to write a review. Without this, we're more or less invisible. With it, we stay at or near the top of search results.

  • The ROI is tremendous, given how it keeps us ranking high in Google local search.
We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.
We did demos with all of them. Birdeye and Podium seem to handle reviews well, but they also have a lot of other features we'd never use. We chose ReputationStacker because of its dedicated focus on reviews (getting them, monitoring them, responding to them). That's all we wanted, and it's exactly what ReputationStacker does.

It's amazing for getting new Google reviews, responding to reviews, and tracking reviews. It also makes it easy for us to follow up with our clients, helping us manage expectations and resolve issues. It's not a full customer support system (and it doesn't try to be).
