Overall Satisfaction with ReputationStacker
We operate in a highly competitive market and need to consistently earn Google reviews to stay visible in local search. ReputationStacker automates review generation for us so we don't have to think about it. It reaches out to our clients, collects their feedback on our services, and then sends them to Google to write a review. Without this, we're more or less invisible. With it, we stay at or near the top of search results.

We did demos with all of them. Birdeye and Podium seem to handle reviews well, but they also have a lot of other features we'd never use. We chose ReputationStacker because of its dedicated focus on reviews (getting them, monitoring them, responding to them). That's all we wanted, and it's exactly what ReputationStacker does.

I don't think there is a premium support option. If there is, we've never needed it.
At first, we didn't understand how to connect it directly to Google. They explained how to do it quickly and clearly.
