ContractHero vs. Procurify

ContractHero excels in scenarios decentral teams need to colaborate on important documents. It may be less suitable for organizations with highly dynamic contract templates more detailed integrations.

If you have a manual purchasing process today and are having difficulty tracking requests and orders and ensuring that bills are accurate and paid on time, you will love Procurify.

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
• Inventory capability.
• Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.

The overall usability of ContractHero is excellent, but the mobile interface and initial learning curve slightly impact the rating. However, these aspects are outweighed by the platform's strengths.

ContractHero consistently delivers outstanding assistance, promptly addressing any queries or concerns. The support team is super nice and quick, availability is great.

We evaluated several contract management solutions, and ContractHero stood out due to its ease of use, and advanced user permission settings. The ability to tailor the platform to our specific and complicated contracts if a big bonus.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.
