Cool Tabs vs. Hearsay, now part of Yext

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

Apart from a few limitations, Hearsay Social is an excellent tool for managing your social media posts in one place. Its user-friendly interface allows you to analyze, track, schedule, and automate social media posts. This is a must in today's age. It saves a lot of stress and handwork and makes you efficient as it gives you tools to analyze the results of your posts in terms of reach, viewership, etc. Thereby helping you to formulate your social media strategy.

• Interface is a bit difficult.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. If you wish to reduce stress of managing multiple social media handles from a single place, you can use Hearsay Social. Hearsay Social helps you analyze, automate, schedule posts and even give ideas for posts. Rather than multitasking, one would obliviously choose a single place to track your posts. It also fares greatly as compared to its competitors. It has a great interface. Very easy and simple to use.

Easypromos is one of the best tools you can use to run your contests. The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

Facebook Business Manager is also good however it has some limitations like it's very difficult to remove an ad account, we cannot schedule shared posts and the user interface is a bit complicated and not user-friendly. I like the user interface of Hearsay Social. I find it very simple and easy to use. Also, it has all the features that you might require in Social Media Management tool.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.
