Courseplay was a good tool for delivery professional development training to school district staff over the internet. We were able to get through our annual courses in 2020 and 2021 with little difficulty. I would not use Courseplay for regular or more formal meetings. For our purposes, the cost was pretty minimal.

My team likes this product for what it was designed for. In construction, we like to make sure [to] allocate resources during the entire duration of the project. This helped us balance out the resources and skills so we didn't have huge peaks and valleys. I'm not sure if my company will use [it] on future projects but this helps a lot to create a great workflow environment.

Courseplay has features that are designed specifically for content-delivery and educational situations. Zoom and other video chat applications don't offer features like gamification or user reports. The cost per user is also relatively low compared to similar services. A higher ownership cost would have probably driven us to make something like Zoom or WebEx work instead.

Ceridian is a human capital management company that is similar to ProEdge. I've heard of this product as other fellow colleagues have used [it] with other companies. They've told me that ProEdge is a lot more user-friendly based [on] our need during project durations. We need something more detailed for capital management so the project team went with ProEdge.
