Dailo vs. Recruitee by Tellent

I have been using Dailo to make my teaching scripts into realistic speech simulators. I select a character to use and then it reads my script. Some use this to teach employees how to negotiate and respond to certain objections appropriately, but i have found that you can use it to train people to do any type of skill set.

Best for having various hiring processes at once with multiple interviewers who will be conducting interviews and assessments, who can adapt quickly and not need an over complicated training process to do hiring. Not ideal for companies with inflexible processes who want everything constantly uniformed without any changes in needs

100% I will continue to use this amazing system! It has helped us a lot!! It has it all, I have used other systems and I haven't been able to get all the features I needed. This system was able to offer it all. I would renew the contract for sure.

It's extremely easy to use and the different features don't require extensive research to understand. The scorecards and evaluations allow the user to be able to view aggregate scores from the whole hiring process and view the top rated candidates to be able to make offers and decisions. The templates are also very helpful

Recruitee has been able to provide excellent customer service! Their support team they go way beyond for their customers. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions. They have been able to keep it up with me.

Yes, during the implementation process, I do remember from the sales team to the onboarding team, they were able to help all the way through. They provide quick assistance and you don't feel lost in the process at all

similar but very different - there really isn't any software quite as good as dailo

Recruitee is the most straightforward and easy to use recruitment platform I have ever managed. I have managed also taleo which was really complex and several company built platforms that always were either too slow or complex to manage. Recruitee works like a charm, is rarely down and shows that is constantly looking to evolve and be a better tool and ally for recruiters and companies
