Overall Satisfaction with Recruitee
Recruitee has been an amazing ATS for Groome! we have seen a tremendous increase in hiring. Great tool for any company from small size to larger. The company size is growing as there were 2 new acquisitions, more roles to fill and so on. This company was hiring without an ATS, and it was becoming hard to keep up the progress. With Recruitee we have been able to manage data, analytics, and provide reports. Since the moment we started using this system, things got better.
Pros
- Keeping track of candidates, each candidate has their profile which helps to keep track of their information.
- Social media, we can share the jobs at any social media platform.
- Integrations are awesome! I have partnered with other systems that have helped in my recruiting.
Cons
- I would say the text feature would help us tremendously. They have been working on it for while and haven't heard anything yet.
- I would say the reporting is quite difficult to understand but does the job.
- Working on the website was difficult in the beginning, but its okay!
- Positive impact as the business didn't have a Recruiter before, they were paying high fees to agencies.
- Positive as Recruitee has helped the business to keep recruiting more efficient in every step of the way.
- We have successfully reached our goals, thanks to this great system that offered the tools we needed.
Recruitee has more features than Greenhouse. Recruitee is more updated regarding social media platforms, website designing, integrations and more! Definitely, Recruitee has more to offer than other ATS systems. It seems that they upgrade and always are looking to improve! I have saved time with Recruitee, their automations, and smart features have helped me to succeed with the results I want to bring.

30 - Usually hiring managers, HR, Onboarding team, A/P, Marketing, Payroll. Whoever has access to Recruitee is because it is involved in the hiring process. As our company is growing, we have different offices across the U.S. so the number of users is increasing time after time. As Recruitee has so many functions, they are able to have a piece in the process. I'm definitely confirming that this system has it all and if they are missing something, they will add it.
20 - Yes, the hiring managers, HR Specialist, Generalist, Marketing Specialist, etc. They support and use Recruitee on a daily basis.

Yes - SmartSheet was the system that the company was using. It helped somewhat, but it was not enough for what the company was needing.

I wouldn't change my selection because it has been the best software I have ever used so far.

Yes - Well, it was a process! It was all together.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - I would say that in order for you to get different results, you need to do something different. In the beginning, management was not sure about the system, but I didn't give up! And now they are glad the system is with the company!

Yes - Yes, recently, there was a bug in my email, but they are working on it.
Yes, I remember I had an issue with the CareersHub, I didn't know how to use it because It was the first time for me! They went far and beyond to help me. My managers and the team were impressed with how I was able to build the careers page!

Yes - Yes, the app is super useful! I love how modern and nice it is. You can use it everywhere you go, and it has it all. I can find any candidate's contact information. I can review my emails, check my calendar and reach out to candidates without leaving the app.
