When our library closed for Covid, we had to create systems that allowed for remote holds to be placed on items, which had never been utilized before. none of our staff was in the same area, so collaborating on the media storm we wanted to make took a lot of moving parts. We were able to work together to build a media blitz locally as well as create internal protocols with these tools.

Again, I like to think of my association and usage of IBM Case Manager V.5.2. Please keep in mind that this is only one component of the IBM Enterprise Content Management suite of products. I believe IBM Case Manager is an ideal solution for medium to large companies looking to automate lnad

Less technically inclined staff members had to be helped quite a bit. Read full review As enterprise and mid-market systems go, the price is highly competitive (especially when you consider what's included in the license). That said, this product is not accessible for small businesses as a self hosted solution. The "Navigator on Cloud" solution is much more accessible, but gives less control over data. To get all the features, there are many moving parts. For large enterprises, this is no problem, and the cloud solution obviates most of these concerns. Read full review Likelihood to Renew
There is no plan to change ECM at organizational level. Replacing products and changing custom applications involves lot of effort

I love the deep functionality of Adobe's suite, but it suffers from being app-driven and localized. This has always hampered me even when I'm not dealing with covid problems. The web functionality of Dalet really set it apart from everything else we used in on-the-go abilities. If we didn't have this, I don't think our Covid policies would have worked and gotten buy-in from the community.

Our relationship with IBM is long standing. We have been Gold Partners for some time and are viewed by many internal groups as their Go To partner for large ECM deployments. Most of our systems engineers hold multiple certifications as solutions developers. Our clients are national and international. The support we receive from IBM has been excellent and our partnership with them on numerous projects has been excellent.

We have seen improvements in customer service because information can be made more readily available to customer service personnel who are fielding service calls.
