When we compared to LinkedIn recruiter, Prohire is more cost effective and responsive. Multiple user can access one account. Even we can post more job posting and able to get unlimited resume from the vendor whereas other portal has only limited.

When we get the requirements from the client, we usually spend lots of time in the portal to get the appropriate resumes and it took more time, in that duration the position will get covered but when I use Prohire hardly it takes 15 minutes of time to get the resumes form the vendor after posting. In this case I improved my performance.
