For an organization that is looking to be certified with different industry standards, Hyperproof provides a great value. This app provides a wholistic approach for managing your organization's risk and compliance. Centralizing all your risk and compliance documentation and evidences in Hyperproof makes audit processes easier. This tool also well-known to third-party auditors

• Add a client module, Hyperproof have existing Vendor Module. Its will be good if they add a client module too.
• Pricing Point :-)
• These are the only two the I can think of for now, overall we are satisfied with Hyperproof.

The tool is very simple, SaaS platform. There's areas for improvements like SCIM is desperately needed but overall it performs well
