If your organization is using vast list of system and then if you want to consolidate all those system data in one unified system then you should go with this. These requires a bit of expertise in Salesforce so if you don't have any team then it would be very hard to architect this.

• Easy to use and learn
• Easy to compare customer data and sales so easy to do reporting and updates instantly

• Sometimes the cost and the negotiations becomes hectic, because of sharing all the details to the vendor

I gave rating 8 because it offers powerful data unification, strong insight , improved customer interaction and reliable performance. This rating also includes overall data visibility and usability across teams. The reason of not giving 10 is its complexity sometimes and costing. This can be less efficient and more complicated for sometimes.

Really, Data Cloud is impulsing or is helping us use agents because of the data that we have collected there and the functionality that we have.
