Datto Workplace vs. IBM Cloud Block Storage

This is a great system for anyone that works where items/projects are shared with multiple co-workers. People can access the document at the same time but it will create duplicates, so you would have to figure out what the other person changed in the file so it is all in one place. It would not be good if multiple people have to access a document at the exact same time.

IBM Cloud Block Storage is recommendable to companies that [have a database that] is super sensitive, private, and requires instant access. Further, IBM Cloud Block Storage creates a coordinated system, that [classifies] data, based on the requirements that a company has. The security deployment from IBM Cloud Block Storage is another merit that [businesses] attain.

• The documentation must be clearer and updated, thinking about each distribution that they offer in the cloud
• Downtime when IOPS are raised can be less
• The configuration can be more automated from the same control panel and not have to take it so much to the CLI

They are both great and I use both daily. Google Drive does have a slight leg up in that multiple people can make edits to a document at the same time and it doesn't create conflicting documents. You can also see the changes in real-time.

Unlike the above platforms, IBM Cloud Block Storage enable secure and quick big data migration through its secure environment and the flexibility of its Cloud options is effective. Data analytics through IBM Cloud Block Storage are easily prepared and the data access is very easy and the ability to monitor various Cloud operations is excellent.

• Easier to share documents from different location.
• Doesn't work well if more than one person needs to access/edit the doc at the same time.

• Scale the storage when needed to get better performance.
• Taking snapshot so we can do easy recovery if necessary.
• We can choose different locations so they are closer to our consumers.
