Daxko is great for managing our members. As members enter the organization they are promoted to sign in and the staff are taken to their Daxko page which gives us all of their contact information. This is a helpful feature and I have no complaints. In terms of signing people up for programs through the same system, it can be complicated because there are a lot of extra steps to take in the sign up process
Operations provides us with accurate membership billing
We love the access given to us for detailed reporting for memberships and programs
Ease of use and accuracy for our fundraising records and entries
Customer Service with Daxko is top notch! I actually love calling with any issue that I may have, because they seem truly happy to help. Makes it worth while!
Since it is a web based service, I can access it at anytime to correct any issues that may occur.
I have given suggestions to Daxko and they are very receptive to my comments & agree with me. On Engage you can "task" to individual people but, can only "task" a department on an initiative - I'd like the option to task my entire department so whoever has contact with that member first can implement the task. (Side note: the majority of my staff is part-time and do not work consecutive days - this is part an in-house operations issue which is why I made the suggestion for small non-profits such as ourselves)
Memberclick would be better with email sequencing capabilities
SMS messaging would also be a nice addition to the platform
Eventbrite data collection would be great. ANHC Pro uses Eventbrite instead of the built-in event management system because of Eventbrite markets to a wider audience.
Overall we selected Daxko Operations because it’s used and recommended by YMCAs across the nation. When comparing similar systems we concluded that the features and the price of Daxko were comparable to any of the other systems that promised the same features. Overall we are pleased with our decision.
MemberClicks was one of the first tools I used and really hit off well with it. Prior to this I used to manage everything on Google sheets which was cost effective in short term but considering the amount of time I invested into it in long-term certainly Memberclicks was much more cost-efficient.
Online registration for programs has encouraged more people to participate in our programs. They can register in the comfort of their own homes.
We are going 24/7 this month, and with Daxko's Mobile Pass that connects with Operations, we feel that not only will we be able to increase our membership base, but provide a safe and secure environment for our members to access any time of the day!
Everything that Daxko Operations provides to us as customers contributes significantly to our success as a YMCA.
