I used to have to book through the travel agency directly, which was very time consuming. I would either have to type out a specific email to my travel agent or call in and get put on hold and wait until someone was available to speak with. Now I can book and compare flights myself with the click of a button

It's a reliable source of updates when there are flight delays, gate changes, or other headaches you may experience on the road. It's also convenient that you can navigate to your hotel right from the app when you arrive at your destination. From what I have recently learned, it is now even available on Apple Watch, which I know our techies love.TripCase helped even our most techonologically-challenged employees evolve into more confident, self-sufficient travelers

  • It would be nice if access to live support were easily accessible from the app. Sometimes it's just easier to hit a button and chat with someone than to read through FAQs.

  • Deem catalog has to be created directly into Deem and cannot be created off of Ariba Contract, which would be a nice feature if available
SAP ERP
  • Deem catalog feeds into Ariba for invoice creation; Ariba exports the information into SAP ERP and the items description, prices and general ledgers keep their consistency, which is a great feature
Ariba Procurement
  • Deem works well with Ariba and reports ran off Ariba will show catalog spend; the visibility, consistency, and compliance are great benefits.
