Customer engagements where the solution is 1 or 2 modules. Deloitte works well in small projects. In large projects, Deloitte does not cope well with working with other implementation partners. It would best great if they would invest in getting to know the key players (influential and non). Deloitte works across multiple industries which is a bonus.

    eSentire
We need 7x24x365 network monitoring and proactive protection. eSentire can thwart an active attack which is the most critical part of the service. Unless you have your own SOC and have the ability to address potential breaches in your environment, you need a service like this. Most companies can't afford to run their own SOC.

Deloitte showed that they can handle difficult employees and customers who are not open to change and convince them the new process brings value and benefit to the table.
