Deloitte Consulting vs. Tridens Monetization

Deloitte is proficient in all aspects of customer relationship management. Outside of improving client relationships, they helped us strengthen our compliance and risk management and created internal operational efficiencies. The consultants did a very good job of working together with our team and were very transparent and professional in answering all questions raised during the implementation process. We were all on the same page in the end there were no dissatisfied managers.

Tridens Monetization
delivers on providing customized experience per customer segment. Dealing with
consumer subscription services we need that flexibility to create targeted
offers based on our clientele. The REST API and integrations with multiple
payment gateways in Tridens Monetization are very useful for offering a
selfcare portal and payment options to the customers.

• Thorough due diligence/questions list
• Solid understanding of financial fundamentals at every level of the organization
• Ability to recommend and implement relevant financial products (ERP, etc).

• Multi-parameter complex rating
• Invoice template configuration
• Invoice export
• Financial reports

• The price is a bit steep, but considering how functional it is, it's fair to pay in order to work with a good CRM system.
• Some methods of scheduling meetings and overall consistent check-ins could have been more organized and flexible to meet the needs of our organization.
• Reports could be a bit better structured and more straight to the point.

Tridens Monetization has a lot more options when it comes to configuring services and custom parameters for usage-based rating and billing. The user interface seems newer and more user-friendly.
