Masergy provides managed communications and contact center (powered by Cisco Webex), managed SD-WAN (powered by Fortinet), as well as managed security services.
It is well suited when a business is ready to innovate and transform using the latest technologies. It helps implement new strategies and develop plans. However, it may be less appropriate when a company has just transitioned to another stage in their product and need to focus on growth. And also know the cybersecurity risks.

I have used Masergy across a few different jobs, spanning over a decade and they have always come through with what they promised the solution has always had rock-solid stability and the team has always been present to address my questions and concerns.

Clunky UI in some areas - Settings for example. You have to drop down boxes to get to your audio settings. This is time consuming while trying to fix your audio devices.
No easy way to switch audio devices.
No 'universal' text box to type a number in to dial. You have to click a tab. I sometimes type the number in the 'What's on your mind' box accidentally.

I liked Deloitte's way of working better, I like its interface, the response time of its technicians, they are punctual, good prices, and responsible. It meets all the expectations we had about its products. It is best suited when we have a complex business requirement to implement within a short period of time. Provided we have a good budget. Keeping aside the budget, Deloitte does pretty well compared to other consulting firms.
