My account rep will always find the best "personas" for our campaign. If I were to give him Engineers & developers as a target, he'd come back with more granular targeting that can be added to the campaign so that we're actually reaching the people that we want on our lists. This makes our client's jobs so much easier because the leads are of quality and they see high conversion rates when they run their own initiatives.

Well suited when there is a product to attach to the NRich efforts. Less appropriate when there is not--or a thought leadership campaign.

  • I think their demand pro feature is cool but it doesn't quite function as well as their ABM feature. Seems like it's just impression dumping
  • Their self-service site is not that user-friendly. There could be room for improvement

  • Would like more flexibility in amount of characters for digital/cross-channel ad copy
  • Would like a longer log-in time. I feel I get signed out too quickly.
  • System can sometimes be glitchy and dashboards fail to populate

I haven't used any products like DemandWorks, but I have used Facebook and LinkedIn as a vehicle to drive lead generation and they're not as good as DemandWorks. We'd typically see CPLs in the $100s for these platforms, but DemandWorks never quotes us a CPL higher than $70, and the leads are always guaranteed.
