Demio vs. MUGA

If you're looking to add webinars into your content, sales, or marketing strategy Demio is a great tool to make that happen. The interface is clean and simple, easy to use, and offers plenty of features to make your webinar experience unique to your business, with a more personalized experience. Demio makes it easy to share your expertise, get in front of your customers in large numbers, and develop your brand through multimedia and video content. From live to automated webinars, you have options to control the content and create the webinar you want while operating in a tool that was specifically made for webinars. You can even redirect your attendees to a particular URL after the webinar ends if you have a special offer or promotion for your registrants.

It is great for international use. It has good features, and the security is above and beyond. The service level if I/we have a problem could be better as their customer service is not quick to respond, but other than the occasional glitch, it is the best platform we have experienced and much better than MS Teams. Ease of use - easy set up for new employees inside the co and out.

• Creating an automated webinar series option
• Ability to combine live and automated webinars within a series

• Connectivity at times there are speed + connection issues
• Price - at times our invoice is different than expected and it is tough to reconcile
• Service - difficult to get someone on the phone for customer service needs

Overall it is a good webinar platform. Others may have more options but they are way more expensive.

Easy to use and very few complaints. But the usability on the front end was not easy as we had difficult setting up the contract and thus the first call. Timing was urgent and it took too long to get a rep to call us back and that put us in a bind and we had to use another web product

I love the chat support team at Demio. They're timely. They're thorough. They're polite. They even send funny gifs and emojis. For more serious or complicated questions/issues, I have been invited into a personal Demio webinar with a technical specialist who walked me through exactly how to achieve what I was looking to do and explained everything clearly. Demio's support team is fantastic.

We have tried to reach out a few times and the cust service dept was inept. Slow to get to and when we did get through they were not bright folks. Thankfully we haven't had to call them often. But it is a security and long term concern that as we expand our need, will they be there for us? That is a remaining question. A

Zoom is a powerful tool for video communications. With the explosion of video meetings since March of 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, webinars that take place on Zoom have an almost Pavlovian response as many folks have a subconscious response or feeling towards the Zoom interface, as they feel like they're in a meeting rather than at a webinar or digital event. Demio is also a true webinar solution, rather than a video communication platform that has been 'converted' into a webinar solution. Demio has features and capabilities that other platforms lack, and the interface is a fresh experience with no preconceived notions.

No comparison. MUGA was the best solution and the best technology. It was an easy decision. The biggest challenge was getting a contract and securing ourselves as a customer to get the very first video set up and to get a call back on a few insurance/cyber security questions answered before we had our first official call.

• In my case it is neutral as I don't use this platform for income generation

• Great return. It has come in handy for our customers to use it also
• Great for new employees
• Good for last minute set-up calls with customers
