Descartes Pacejet vs. Veeqo

Pacejet is easy to use and training takes apx 1/2 hour for a new user. Pacejet is suited for companies that are shipping 100's to 1000's of cartons per day. Using their rate shopping we are able to ship the goods at the lowest cost. Since we charge our customer for freight, this is a win for us and our customers. Pacejet support is readily available and very helpful.

If you are an online seller using multiple channels e.g. Amazon, website, eBay, etc. this is essential. All orders arrive in one place. By pre-entering all your item dimensions and weights, you can book the shipping with a courier using a single click. This saves literally hours of time each day and allows you to spend time focusing on growing your business and answering emails rather than just booking shipping. This alone makes veeqo essential.

• Allows us to ship orders without having to book manually, saves a lot of time.
• Allows us to keep track of stock levels.
• Allows us to produce invoices, packing slips, custom forms etc automatically

• Allow notes to be deleted/edited by the author, sometimes people make a mistake
• When creating invoice templates etc, guidelines would help everything line up
• When using the search function, have search check the notes section as well

I chose Pacejet as it integrates with ERP. This makes it easy to manage and also easy for our shippers. The cartons size and weights are loaded into Pacejet so are shippers just need to quickly verify they are correct. I like the Pacejet uses and API connection to the carriers sot they let us know any additional charge for the length of the package or for unique locations.

The staff found ShipStation hard to use. We are struggling to set it up and found that the interface was not intuitive like veeqos was. We were doubtful that it could outperform veeqo in the main areas which are important to us, usability and time-saving. Veeqo also has a clean UI.

• Has saved staff huge amounts of time, which is now used on customer acquisition
• Allowed staff to keep track on order issues though the notes section and tagging staff
• Using the invoice, custom form templates has helped ensure orders to EU don't have customs issues
