What is Veeqo?

Veeqo enables retailers to manage their inventory, purchase orders, accounts, shipping and profit reports across all of their sales channels, in one centralized place.

The vendor’s value proposition is that unlike most inventory management systems Veeqo allows users to manage their shipping as well. Whereas other systems require users to add on additional shipping software. With Veeqo, users can bulk print up to 100 labels at a time at the click of a button.

If users also have a physical store they can use Veeqo’s Point of Sale software. This software links to their inventory and helps users prevent overselling between their offline and online stores.

We use veeqo to bring together all our orders from different sales channels, we are then able to quickly ship the orders and manage the tracking and automated messages to the customer. We can also leave notes and tag other employees so we are able to keep a detailed record of what is happening with an order. We can also manage stock.
  • Allows us to ship orders without having to book manually, saves a lot of time.
  • Allows us to keep track of stock levels.
  • Allows us to produce invoices, packing slips, custom forms etc automatically
  • Allow notes to be deleted/edited by the author, sometimes people make a mistake
  • When creating invoice templates etc, guidelines would help everything line up
  • When using the search function, have search check the notes section as well
If you are an online seller using multiple channels e.g. Amazon, website, eBay, etc. this is essential. All orders arrive in one place. By pre-entering all your item dimensions and weights, you can book the shipping with a courier using a single click. This saves literally hours of time each day and allows you to spend time focusing on growing your business and answering emails rather than just booking shipping. This alone makes veeqo essential.
  • All sales channels coming into 1 location
  • Automatically booking shipping
  • Tracking stock levels
  • Has saved staff huge amounts of time, which is now used on customer acquisition
  • Allowed staff to keep track on order issues though the notes section and tagging staff
  • Using the invoice, custom form templates has helped ensure orders to EU don't have customs issues
The staff found ShipStation hard to use. We are struggling to set it up and found that the interface was not intuitive like veeqos was. We were doubtful that it could outperform veeqo in the main areas which are important to us, usability and time-saving. Veeqo also has a clean UI.
