Digioh vs. Tidio

Anyone looking for a robust form builder or lightbox builder that requires minimal coding should consider Digioh. We've used it for 5 years and love how easy it is to use, and they are always adding new features to improve the service.

Tidio is well suited for businesses who want to chat with their site visitors in real time. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the user experience on the visitor side is great as well. Perfect for installing on a marketing site, proprietary portal, and more. Can set up an after hours bot to help triage requests from clients and prospective clients when you are back in office.

• Simple to use, but robust interface
• Flexibility to target narrow user groups
• Reporting metrics

• Very intuitive interface and management.
• Scalable plans that don't require me to purchase features I don't need.
• Super simple chat bot administration.

• Our biggest negative with Digioh is simply the library of images - there's not a clear way to organize images, resulting in a lot of scrolling to find what you're looking for.

• Unable to ban visitors by site referrer (spam sites)
• Chatbot conditional logic could be a bit simpler/cleaner
• Occasional issues with the desktop app (in browser never gives us trouble though)

Our marketing department is small, so having a service that allows for a single user to create, test and make the box live is very valuable to us. This usability allows us to literally have promotions and boxes go live in minutes - no waiting for developers to insert code.
