Digital Shadows vs. Linnworks

DS is fantastic for big and large-medium companies, it has many very featured functions and works very well. It's a little bit expensive for small and little-medium companies.

Would have recommended it 5 years ago, but now absolutely not a chance. Pricing is obscene and the service is appalling. Save yourself time and money by looking elsewhere. Linnworks has one advantage over other providers and that is their integrations with smaller eCommerce channels, this is not worth the money... You could employ someone for 5 minutes per day to pull smaller marketplaces onto a different service via CSV.

• We found news and information about the company managers on social media not delivered by the company.

• Ease of use for both me and my colleagues
• Manages all inventory on multiple channels and marketplaces
• Simple method of printing invoices and shipping labels saves so much time and requires no manual input

• I'd like to have still more features for searching on social media.

It's very easy to use, also non-technical users can understand the information to use for search and results, initial configuration is less easy to configure but just a little.

They are very available and competent, in addition, they used people with a good knowledge of the Italian language that helped very much, especially with the first customer.

As I have used Linnworks from day one, I constantly get contacted by Linnworks competitors asking me to try their system, however I cannot see any reason to move from a software package that we are all comfortable with, to a different system. It would seem pointless to move to a system that does not have the full functionality of Linnworks.
