As a final statement, I'd say that Muraena is the go-to tool for validating your sales hypotheses and profiling the market, especially for small teams. Despite being relatively new in this market, they also have your back when you want to go "Advance" mode - Buyer Intent signals and numerous filters will get you relevant leads in seconds.

• Buyer Intent data
• Leads search by keywords

• Some screens are not adjustable for sizing.
• Better capability to import from a spreadsheet.

• Limited signup options

Navigation thru the Diver portal is simple; some users have trouble but it also depends on how the analysts build models and present the reports with quickviews selections and report layouts. I am aware of DI capability to access reports thru mobile devices but I have not experience it first hand.

I don't have direct experience with the first time DI was implemented but on subsequent upgrades there have been positive experiences with support and seamless transitions to avoid users discomfort.

Dimensional Insight is a lot easier to design and use. User interface is much more intuitive.
