DMT Business Development vs. LinkedIn Premium Career

My rating is, of course, a 10 based on my experience. A large percentage of the researched leads convert into our clients.

I think that many people have the requirements needed for a position within their network, and it’s helpful for your network to see that you are actively hiring. I do not think that this platform is suitable for entry-level positions or rotating door positions, but it is excellent for specialized hard-to-fill positions.

• SalesNash really went above and beyond to find the best-fit potential customers, their contact data, and all the necessary info. Plus, the fact that the research is done manually makes all the data super accurate and up to date.

• Honestly? We've struggled to find meaningful flaws in DMT Business Development's service. After implementing their systems across our B2B sales org, what initially seemed like 'rigid' processes revealed themselves as necessary discipline—their frameworks just work

DMT as a service is very easy to use. Their team is always available and happy to answer any of our questions.

I think that LinkedIn Premium Career is very easy to use and user-friendly. It tells you exactly what you need to post in order to bring in new talent. There is also a FAQ if you are not sure how to use the application properly. It also helps you narrow down your talent.

Glassdoor is really helpful in learning about a company, feedback of people who gave interview and got the job/declined the job or even didn't get the job, interview process and even salary details for a specific position. Even though these features are not there in LinkedIn Premium Career, its helpful in connecting with the right people.
