I use LinkedIn Premium Career in my organization to find talent for professional hard-to-fill positions. These positions can be tough, and a LinkedIn premium career can help address those problems. I tend to use it for highly specialized positions with particular license requirements.

Usability

I think that LinkedIn Premium Career is very easy to use and user-friendly. It tells you exactly what you need to post in order to bring in new talent. There is also a FAQ if you are not sure how to use the application properly. It also helps you narrow down your talent.

I do not think that this platform is suitable for entry-level positions or rotating door positions, but it is excellent for specialized hard-to-fill positions.
