Document 365 vs. Vasion

One of the things that I have noticed the most is that it saves a lot of time when working with documents of different formats that need to be converted to PDF. Scanning documents is also one of the best features of this app. Being able to have the history of modifications, and changes in the documents is very important for any sector, as well as the signing of documents online. The issue of authentication every time you need to use it can sometimes cause inconvenience, but then you forget when you have a robust and comfortable tool to work with. I do not recommend this application if the company has different versions of operating systems. It is not the most recommended application.

The best case we've found for Vasion's PrinterLogic is the one that explains why we moved to Vasion's PrinterLogic in the first place. Our Windows print servers were extremely temperamental for our Azure devices and, in many cases, would take 20 minutes or more to just set up correctly. We would then have issues with printers not printing for long periods or with print jobs not showing up in the printer queue. It was also hard for the staff to install their own printers when the one they normally used went down. It was also very hard for staff to figure out how to navigate the printer list to install printers. Vasion's PrinterLogic made all of this very easy and gave the staff one easy web page to find the printer they want and install it.

• MaxxVault is a full-featured product at a cost significantly less than its competition.
• MaxxVault is end-user maintainable. I do not have to carry an IT staff to support this critical system.
• MaxxVault has the best customer service support of any vendor I've done business with in my 20 year career.

• Sign in every time you need to use
• NOT support other formats, only PDFs.
• Different features between Windows and MAC for the same app

• Learning curve is particularly steep.
• Some advanced features can be difficult to implement and test.

I would say its around 7. For us it was easy to do deploy, to use the centralised control, and not too complex compared to other printing services. However, some workflows became complicated depending on configuration. In our case, it was a bit complicated after a while. But its still user friendly.

Basically the recommendation of Document 365 is based on the price-performance ratio against NITRO and Adobe (Really expensive)Ease of use was not decisive in the evaluation.The ease of scanning against NITRO and Adobe is more or less the same.The determining feature of Document 365 is the ease of converting documents to PDF

Vasion's PrinterLogic had a much better interface for installing printers for staff. It was very easy for staff to manage their own printers and install what they want or need. Vasion's PrinterLogic also seemed to be better equipped for reporting and use by our non-technical staff. We were also impressed with the support of Vasion's PrinterLogic and how easily they answered all of our questions.

• Save time when working with documents
• The log in the documents permit more security before sending documents to a customer
• Cost of the tool is really inexpensive for the productivity that the tool cause in the companies.

• Having seen similar organizations implement software solutions costing upwards of $1 million, I can safely say the ROI on our MaxxVault implementation has paid off massively for our customers and staff. We could not do what we're doing without MaxxVault.
