We love Okendo since we've launched. We used to get one review on a blue moon but since we onboarded Okendo, we have gotten 26 reviews in 2 months! This goes to show that our customers are willing to review our clothes, and genuinely love it! We are so happy with the look of the platform, and its usability of it.

Compared to other similar multi-vendor marketplace platforms, Dokan has much more features and easier to use and manage.

The support needs to be improved as some of the support representatives do not seem to understand the client's request and keep sending canned responses.

The review platform we used is not in the list above, however, it was a free Shopify app called 'Product Reviews.' This app had no customization, or customer emails, and was hidden within a tab on our product page. Okendo is a completely different experience for us and from a customer perspective as they have made it so easy for the customer to leave a review.
