First time Okendo user and LOVE it!

Overall Satisfaction with Okendo

In the last year, we saw that our current review platform wasn't preforming. We were getting little to no reviews, even though we get hundreds to thousands of orders a month! We realized that shoppers use reviews to validate their purchase, through word of mouth & images. That being said, we decided to onboard Okendo for their review platform!

  • Would love more customization that I could do on my own, without reaching out to the team
  • Updated instructions on how to integrate with SMS via Attentive
  • Currently there isn't a way to track the ROI
The review platform we used is not in the list above, however, it was a free Shopify app called 'Product Reviews.' This app had no customization, or customer emails, and was hidden within a tab on our product page. Okendo is a completely different experience for us and from a customer perspective as they have made it so easy for the customer to leave a review.

We love Okendo since we've launched. We used to get one review on a blue moon but since we onboarded Okendo, we have gotten 26 reviews in 2 months! This goes to show that our customers are willing to review our clothes, and genuinely love it! We are so happy with the look of the platform, and its usability of it.
