What is Okendo?

Okendo gives brands insights into customer preferences and behaviors to drive customer advocacy, and deliver more personalized customer experiences. Okendo is also used to drive trust and conversions with customer ratings, reviews, visual UGC, Q&A and NPS.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In the last year, we saw that our current review platform wasn't preforming. We were getting little to no reviews, even though we get hundreds to thousands of orders a month! We realized that shoppers use reviews to validate their purchase, through word of mouth & images. That being said, we decided to onboard Okendo for their review platform!
