• User Interface is a bit of a mess and needs an upgrade but you get used to it over time
• Support is impersonal and they have a confusing ticket system

Compared to other similar multi-vendor marketplace platforms, Dokan has much more features and easier to use and manage.

solid customer service, easy to use

The support needs to be improved as some of the support representatives do not seem to understand the client's request and keep sending canned responses.
