Overall Satisfaction with SellerCloud

We implemented SC to automate our online B2B order processing from uploading inventory to ASN's andbilling

  • Horrendous customer service!

  • Unbelievably poor bedside manner, unprofessional, failure to follow up, failure to deliver
  • Disaster in terms of implementation. It took us far longer than what was promised
  • Service failures really set us back, wasted our time, involved too many people
  • We were given half stories and they dragged in terms of solving problems.

Yes - They don't call back, don't respond, made promises to complete and never did, terrible overall service
They were responsive before they sold us the package. Once we signed on the dotted line, they were a complete disappointment.
