If you want to generate valuable content that you can use on your website that provides a positive image of your business, Stamped.io can do it. We had absolutely no buyer feedback prior to Stamped.io. We have seen in actual customer reviews that the Stamped.io reviews are being read by customers and they consider them valuable.

• We haven't generated a whole lot of data as of right now, even being in business for two years, so a pain point for me is the analytics and trying to identify improvements. This is not really a deficiency of the software, just a lack of data.

Compared to other similar multi-vendor marketplace platforms, Dokan has much more features and easier to use and manage.

The support needs to be improved as some of the support representatives do not seem to understand the client's request and keep sending canned responses.

The only other service we used that's similar to Stamped.io is Feedback Five. That service is only similar in that it facilitates soliciting feedback. We use it for our marketplace business, not our website. I can say that Stamped.io is much more robust and valuable. The interface is more user-friendly, the campaigns are easy to set up, and working with customers directly in the UI is super simple.
