It is a perfect solution for small business document management that features all tools which are needed to manage electronic and paper documents more efficiently. • Not a truly scalable software package, best fit for single or smaller organizations up to 15 users.
• Does not force structure and is less document management and more document storage / organization.
• Pricing is not cheap but is relative to what you receive, online document storage and advanced access across devices.

It's easy to operate.

Well, it a good product at an affordable price, which makes it suitable for me to chose Sohodox.

• Easy to manage all the business document.
• Access to multiple project files through Dokmee ECM tools.
• Quick reporting and editing of files.
• File sharing is effective.

• Very scalable, but only to a certain level (1-15 users or so max).
• Interface and usability are user-friendly, without sacrificing features and power.
• Advanced tagging and searching allows users to save documents and organize them "their way" without forcing specific workflows.
