EBizCharge vs. Visa Acceptance Solutions (CyberSource)

I feel like I have answered this in my previous responses, but it is well suited for the Accounts Receivable side of our company which helps streamline the payments our customers send us. I would recommend it for all AR situations to help a company, but it does have some bugs to be worked on. It has overall helped our company.

For basic users it is probably a good fit. For connecting it's API's are straightforward and most would find it an easy connection to be made. The site overall is just not designed well. When you try to look at transactions a portion of the information is cut of without a scroll bar being added to slide to the fields you would like to see. If you need to see the data on the screen you need to make some adjustments.

• They have built the connections to multiple card providers so that a retailer does not need to build the code for each one separately.
• The decision manager product catches and stops a lot of fraud from getting through and causing a large number or chargebacks.
• They also connect to PayPal making it easy to add them to any website as a payment method.

• We have had issues with the automatic import of payments from EBizCharge
• into Acumatica. When we manually import them, they successfully apply to the correct order/invoice, but when we had it on automatic, we would get duplicated payment entries which created more unnecessary work for us having to delete them after.
• We were told that previously used credit cards on a customer account would not show up if another user wanted to pay for a separate order/invoice, but they do show up. We have a couple of accounts that many, many users pay through and it would be way too hard to create a new account for each user since there are so many that use it. We just wanted the ability to not have the previously used credit cards shown on a new payment, but they are which is super inconvenient for security purposes.

• price transparency- it's hard to know exactly what you're being charged for. We are charged a small % of each incoming payment batch, so AR reconciliation is more difficult
• implementation- significant time and expertise required to get everything up and running smoothly

PayFabric was what we switched from and the customer service and features were not as good as what EBizCharge was able to offer us. And EbizCharge was cheaper overall than PayFabric which helped our company budget as a whole

Payeezy does not provide fraud check facility and they provide JS based integration. Since client wants server side integration due to security and fraud check as well in place of using another third party for fraud. We went ahead with Cybersource
