ecomdash vs. ZhenHub

It would be well suited for a business that is just starting out with inventory management and sells on multiple channels. They are a growing company that is constantly changing and making improvements. I don't think there is another competitor out there that can offer the same features at their price point. It may not be well suit for large organizations.

It is well suited for ecommerce that run a Shopify platform.

• Multi-channel inventory sync: automatic depletion and restoration of inventory with sales and refunds, syncing back to all your channels.
• Sales order and purchase order management: keep track of things you buy and sell while simultaneously keeping your inventory accurate.
• Custom upload and export formats: you can make ecomdash work with almost any platform by creating your own formats to upload or export your data.

• Best pricing.
• Best and fastest integration.
• Fast response to problems.
• No implementation fees.

• User interface. The whole thing feels clunky.
• Knowledge-base. Their searchable knowledge base isn't really all that helpful. It feels like it was written as an afterthought.

• More transparency with which warehouses are they using.

eComdash always answers our questions, and they have a call-back system to speak on the phone which is very convenient. The people there actually understand the complexities of the software and understand our problems when we explain them. Things get solved quickly and we feel like they care about the speed of the resolution.

I have not had first hand experience with inventory management software like ecomdash.

Zhenhub has the best pricing, automated integration and fast-response customer service. They are a technological company in a very old industry.

• Allowed us to keep inventory in sync across multiple platforms preventing overselling.
• Allowed us to sync inventory from multiple warehouses.

• Not that much as we finally decided to develope the British market in the future (where it was supposed to be used).
