Likelihood to Recommend	HTC Global Services In my opinion, I would not recommend EGrAMS. It is not user friendly or modern. We have spent many hours on the phone or via email coordinating with a person at the state of MI who has had to help us understand how it works and how to accomplish what we need for our contract with them. I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more. Alternatives Considered	HTC Global Services We did not select it. It is a requirement that we use it under our current contract with a funder. We have not evaluated any other products like this.
