Gemini is well suited to help track issues and change requests, projects, bugs, time logs, etc. It is less appropriate for reporting needs or general office management needs.

MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence is excellent for creating batch records to track a specific regulated process. It helps us keep our data in line and make sure we are following our procedures. there are some difficulties with more customizable products. The more variable that are in the product the fewer features that MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence can apply to assist

• Gemini offers flexible framework that allowed IT to build a workflow based process. IT change requests were divided into several buckets: New Change Requests group for business units to submit requests for enhancements and new project ideas, Pending Change Requests for approved projects that are waiting for IT resources, Application Development where we track active projects, Defect Tracking where bugs are tracked during testing and finally Release Management where requests for deployment are tracked.
• Gemini allows to create custom fields and add them to View, Edit and Add screens. This flexible model allowed us to track additional information on the project such as IT Point of Contact, System Name, Team Name, Testing dates, etc.
• Gemini has flexible email notification model that allows to keep business customers informed on the project progress. Whenever comment is added by project manager email alerts goes out anyone that is set to watch project progress.

• Coding is not needed to build production records
• All data input types are highly configurable from getting data collected from integrated systems all the way to simple text entries.
• Customer service is outstanding to keep our cases resolved in a timely manner.
• The updates continue to improve end user experiences and better functionality

• It would be useful for Gemini to offer a mobile-friendly version.
• It would be helpful for Gemini to provide more granular control over email notification options. Currently, we cannot turn off update type emails
• Gemini could improve homepage design to provide a dashboard for all projects in the system.

• Collaboration within a document on MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence could be improved
• I would like to be able to put more than 1 prerequisite on a training task in MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence
• It would be nice if training aids from MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence were accessible within the application and not just their site.

Gemini's development team continues to improve the product and provides a comprehensive roadmap of upcoming features that makes you want to upgrade as soon as a new version comes out.

The quality service and the strong production versatility has helped us develop a great solution for our batch records. These improvements are much better than the legacy batch records and provide immediate access at multiple points across the organization. Would definitely purchase again.

I receive positive feedback from manufacturing personnel about how easy it is to use when manufacturing and I also receive positive feedback from quality personnel for review batch records. We have had some deviations where operators are inputting data under other operators accounts which is really bad good documentation practices and is a compliance risk

During a few early templates, a configuration for product family had not been removed and it created an error. The subject matter expert and support desk was able to help me understand the error was builder generated and how to resolve it very quickly. This is now a non-existent occurrence.

Gemini is more cost-effective than Project Server. It is easy to configure and easy to use

We choose Mx to try and get rid of the paper trail, assist with the improvement for GDP, ease of access and review of the production records to try and get better on releasing batches to meet demand. Having our documents, training and production records in one general area makes it easier for end user

• Gemini helped streamline release process management, eliminated approval paperwork by allowing ot use comments as electronic signatures.

• We have been able to reduce the amount of production records variability had based on product families.
• New user uptake is very high and they can learn the solution quickly.
• The ability to add formula parameters and production record linking has helped traceability.
