Gemini is well suited to help track issues and change requests, projects, bugs, time logs, etc. It is less appropriate for reporting needs or general office management needs.

We conduct a monthly employee engagement survey and we use Tandem Surveys for this. It helps us in creating surveys instantly and in generating real time reports that we use in our monthly meetings to discuss and plan for actionable strategies. We also use it for market research when we are launching new products and services

• Gemini has flexible email notification model that allows to keep business customers informed on the project progress. Whenever comment is added by project manager email alerts goes out anyone that is set to watch project progress.

• Reporting is amazing! We even use the exact reporting dashboard in our presentation
• Delivery method options are great, it helps us increase our response rate
• It has scheduling function, so we can schedule surveys every month without worrying about it

• It would be useful for Gemini to offer a mobile-friendly version.
• It would be helpful for Gemini to provide more granular control over email notification options. Currently, we cannot turn off update type emails
• Gemini could improve homepage design to provide a dashboard for all projects in the system.

• It is limited when it comes to integration, you can't integrate it with other apps

Gemini's development team continues to improve the product and provides a comprehensive roadmap of upcoming features that makes you want to upgrade as soon as a new version comes out.

Gemini is more cost-effective than Project Server. It is easy to configure and easy to use

As compared to Google Forms, Tandem Survey is very customizable and professional-looking. When it comes to SurveyMonkey, it is more affordable and does the job well. Tandem Surveys basically has everything you can ask for an online survey that other platforms don't have. It is really good platform and we highly recommend it with other businesses
