Filevine
  • I think the new update on contact cards needs to be a little more simpler, I love that they added the extension portion, but it's just a bit clunky and too big. It also take longer to load.
  • I think that Filevine doesn't need to log you out every day, when I log it it give me the option to remember device for 180 days, sometimes im in the middle of editing a document in Filevine and it signs me out.

It's worth our investment, we've reached a 75% ROI within the last 3 years, it was not easy but we feel that we succeeded, 75% it was not from one day to the other, it was a huge effort delivered from everyone in our organization and now we're living our dream.

Filevine is user friendly. The integrations available are many. We use several, including Lead Docket. We would be lost without Filevine even though we still save our documents on our network, I find it super easy to look at Filevine if we want to know where the medical expenses stand or other stats

Their live video chat support is a good resource, but often the problem cannot be resolved through this chat, and then promises to have someone follow up are almost always dropped. Filevine fails to make corrections for glitches or missing basic functions.

Filevine charged a lot for implementation, both directly to Filevine and their partners, but they failed to deliver on what was promised

I have previously used LegalServer, which I felt was not as easy/user friendly as Filevine has been. The layout was a lot more technical looking and it was much more difficult to navigate through the case files. The one major thing I will say that I liked more about LegalServer was the function to email documents to a case file email and those would automatically upload to the file
