• Content editor. It is clunky to use their native editor to format content.
• Website organization. Many important features are hidden and hard to find.
• Website navigation. It's challenging to edit one place in a workflow without losing your place in the website where you were before.

It all started when they first contacted us to trial the product - it was the best vendor pitch that I had encountered in over 20 years.
