Sequoia One is an excellent PEO. On that point alone, I would give them a 10+. Their app, Sequoia One, drags them down. company uses a PEO when it's more cost efficient to take advantage of Sequoia One's reach and purchasing power to provide benefits and payroll services.

I have a 10 minute rule if Im looking for something; if I can't find it in 10 minutes I contact my customer service rep who finds what I'm looking for. Fortunately, they have great reps who can usually find what I'm looking for very quickly. To be clear, if I'm looking for, e.g., a benefits summary, it shouldn't take more than a minute to find it

  • It has made employment of US-based employees very easy
  • Great customer service that reduces the number if cycles to handle basic tasks
  • The app is improving steadily. Just not fast enough.
