TriNet for the win
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We decided to use TriNet for payroll and benefits because, as a small organization, we could not offer reasonably priced benefits. Our payroll system was antiquated as well. It has been so wonderful to work with a company that was able to help us offer health insurance to our dedicated employees. While learning the system has been challenging, the benefits and perks of using TriNet far outweigh those obstacles. I could not be happier with the service I am receiving.

Cons
- More help during training sessions. They rushed through it and were not always available.
- updated procedures to give to clients who want to train on their own time
- better communication on all the features offered. There were many I wasn't aware of until almost 4 months in!
