Epicor Propello vs. Flowhub

Overall, it is a solid system and we are much happier than our previous POS. Inventory is very easy to update and manage. We utilize the sales forecasting and order point calculations to run our suggested orders, and that saves a ton of time. Promotions are very easy to set up and utilize and run reports on. It really lacks in reporting. All of the data is there, however I can't easily run or view YOY sales, total sales $, etc etc, either by individual item or brand. There also is little to no consideration for brand name. Being in retail, brand is important to use. So the fact it's not even a search filter and you cannot run any sort of brand report is frustrating and time consuming because again, the data is there, the user just needs to export and manipulate it on their own.

• Customer service is extremely responsive. Tickets are reponded to and taken care of quickly.
• Reporting features are easy to use and get the information you are looking for.

• MOBILE APP or better mobile browser capabilities. I can view things from my phone but it is not easy and I have to rotate orientations several times to get the information on my phone

Lightspeed had consistent issues with the software being down and little to no support. It also didn't have easy functionality to receive orders via a mobile device. Epicor Propello's team is very receptive to feedback and has made changes we suggested.
