Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Epicor Propello for point of sale and inventory management. I work on all aspects from cashier duties, to inventory, all the way through to the layout and setup of the system. The system has helped our organization with ease of use for the clerks and has helped trim our training timelines in half to learn the system.

MOBILE APP or better mobile browser capabilities. I can view things from my phone but it is not easy and I have to rotate orientations several times to get the information on my phone

Round Up has been a positive
monthly fees are very fairly priced
having to get each user a license does limit us at times

Usability

It is honestly just so easy to use and setup. This has helped our culture at work a ton! The crew used to get very nervous about running register, that is not the case anymore.

Alternatives Considered

Clover

Clover is a nice system for a small one or two location enterprise, but with Epicor it is full service and the credit card processing fees are much more affordable as well.

Epicor Propello has really helped our "Round Up" program. Before Epicor Propello we relied on clerks to ask every customer which was not happening. Now the customer is prompted every time before they pay if they would like to "round up". It may not seem like much but it really does add up quickly!
