Evalato vs. Livestorm

Evalato is a great award management software, which has all of the necessary tools. One of the best features we used is that it allowed us to create our own award competition form and embed it into our website. This was a real lifesaver, as we didn't need to hire web developers to help us with that part of the process. It was all handled through Evalato's platform and it saved us time and money.

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

• Organize judging of awards
• Automates processes that are important for quality awards

• Very intuitive to use and easy to customize.
• Excellent customer service.
• Lots of good data for analytics.
• Participants do not need to download anything.
• Feedback and recommendations are acted on.
• Easy to logistical information on registrants and attendees.
• Supports integrations.

Evalato’s features have made it easier for us to organize our programs and collect applications, the software has also saved us time and has increased our programs’ impact

Making sure the permission settings for your camera, microphone or browser can sometimes be tricky. If we have a guest, we always have to double-check these. It's also not super intuitive that you need to "Get on Stage" from the webinar page.

The customer service representatives are extremely attentive. They do an excellent job of trying to understand the scope of the issue and follow it through until it has been resolved. When I have provided them with recommendations for improvement they have taken them to heart and many times implemented them. I trust that if I ever have a problem they will be there to help

In my work experience I have only used Evalato for Award Management

• Great ROI as we were able to increase the number of entries through Evalato, therefore we earned more.
• We achieved our marketing goals.
• We got great feedback for the ease of use from the judges and participants of our awards.

• It's been great! It's the very bottom of the funnel for us so it helps accelerate leads and create opportunities.
