Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.

This is a perfect service when hosting a large party and need to be able to track many guest responses and choices. It is very user-friendly and puts everything on a fairly easy-to-use dashboard. Also allows me to schedule an email reminder that will send out automatically to people who have not yet responded and an email reminder to all coming when the event is getting closer.

The tracking of your event and attendees is easier to use on Evite as well. Evite has made the inviting of people to these large events a lot easier and a cleaner tracking process.
